4-page guide, what's in the kit, how to use it, week-one action plan, do's and don'ts.
Stretch your promo over 8–10 weeks so it builds momentum without burning your audience out.
| Timing | What to do |
|---|---|
| 8–10 weeks out | Customize and send Email 1. Post the announcement IG square and Story. Add the email signature snippet. |
| 7–8 weeks | Build your warm-network outreach list (25–40 people). Begin sending personal DM invites. |
| 5–6 weeks | Post a "behind the talk" caption (Caption #2). Repost Stories. |
| 3–4 weeks | Customize and send Email 2 (talk preview). Post a matching mid-cycle social. |
| 2 weeks | Post "who this is for" caption (Caption #3). Follow up on warm DMs that haven't replied. |
| 7–10 days | Customize and send Email 3 (last call). Post last-call socials. Send last-call DMs. |
| Throughout | Use the talking points in every networking conversation. Drop the event link wherever it fits. |
Announcement → talk preview → last call. Each one ready to copy into your email provider. Flodesk, Mailchimp, MailerLite, ConvertKit, they all work. Customize the bracketed bits and the header image, then send.
P.S. If you don't yet have a place you're sending out bulk emails from, I highly recommend MailerLite.
Big-picture, emotional, exciting. Your audience hears the news for the first time.
Subject Line OptionsRefined, personal, content-forward. Tease what you're bringing on stage and pull the fence-sitters off the fence.
Subject Line OptionsDirect, brief, urgent. This is the closer, so don't bury the deadline.
Subject Line OptionsEmail 3 has two placeholders for the Early Bird close date, search for [DATE] and update both spots before sending.
Click Copy HTML, then in your email provider create a new email and switch to "code" or "source" view (sometimes called "</>" or "HTML editor"). Paste the entire HTML in. Save and preview. Always send yourself a test before sending to your list.
Four reusable templates. Click "Use This Template," your own editable copy auto-creates in your Canva account. Swap your photo, name, title, and speech title. Do not change the colors or fonts, consistency across all 8 speakers is part of the design.
1200 × 600
Use across all three emails. Your photo + name + title + speech title.

Multiple voice variants per post type. Pick the one closest to how you naturally write, then tweak the bracketed bits. Each one ends with a CTA, leave it in.
For your first post breaking the news. Post this once you've added the header image to your bio.
For mid-cycle, 3–5 weeks out. Tease what you're bringing on stage.
For the woman thinking "is this for me?"
Final 7–10 days before Early Bird closes.
Mix 5–10 per post. Click any tag to copy. Don't use all of them at once, pick what's aligned with each post.
This is where most of your tickets will actually come from. Use these for 1:1 outreach to your closest circle: friends, peers, past clients who you actually think would love it.
Every templated DM needs ONE specific line added before you send it. "Thought of you because of [whatever you actually thought of, their launch, the season they're in, your last conversation]." That single line is the difference between something that lands and something that gets ignored. Don't skip it.
For your close network: friends, peers, past clients.
Send 5 to 7 days after the first invite, only if you'd actually follow up.
Slack, Discord, group thread, mastermind. Where everyone already knows you.
For specific people who showed interest but haven't pulled the trigger.
Quick responses for the most common pushback.
Chamber meetings, masterminds, podcasts, coffee chats. Pick the version that fits the moment.
For quick networking moments or when someone casually asks what you're up to.
When they want a bit more. Networking events, masterminds, "tell me more."
These come up in basically every conversation. Have them ready.
Castle Park Event Center in Lindon, Utah. About 40 minutes south of the Salt Lake City airport.
Women entrepreneurs and business owners, especially the ones who are tired of pushing through. The focus is on doing this kind of work while navigating real life: chronic illness, perimenopause, ADHD, motherhood, faith. It's for anyone building something on her own terms.
Early Bird is $297 for Standard and $447 for VIP. It goes up by $100 once Early Bird closes. VIP is capped at 50 and includes extra workshops, a sound bath, and morning experiences.
A small block you paste below your normal signature. Every email you send between now and August becomes a passive event promo. Two versions, pick the one that fits your style.
Using Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail? Use "Copy for Gmail". That copies the rendered signature (with formatting), which is the only thing those signature editors accept.
Using MailerLite, Flodesk, or anything that lets you paste raw HTML? Use "Copy HTML".
Italic single line, sits below your normal signature like a P.S.

Common gotcha: if you paste and it shows as raw code (the literal <table> text), you copied the HTML instead. Hit "Copy for Gmail" instead of "Copy HTML" and try again.
These platforms accept raw HTML, so use the "Copy HTML" button instead. Paste the HTML into the signature editor in source/HTML mode.
MailerLite: Account settings → Email signature → switch to HTML view.
Flodesk: Workflow / template editor → Edit code block.
Most platforms have an HTML toggle in their signature editor.
Remove this signature once the event is over (or replace with a "Just spoke at Let Her Rise, replay coming" version). Don't leave a dated event promo running indefinitely.
You don't have to use every piece. Pick the three things that fit your style, do them well, and stretch them over the next 8–10 weeks. The women who belong in that room are already in your orbit, this kit is just the nudge that gets them to say yes.
See you in Lindon. ✦
